If you apply for work with us, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which allows us to process personal data to perform a contract or take action at your request before entering a contract. If you provide us with special category data during the application process, such as health, religious or ethnic information, we also rely on:

  • Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR which relates to our obligations concerning employment and social security and the safeguarding of your fundamental rights in this context.
  • Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR and Schedule 1 Part 1(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018, which relate to processing your personal data for the purposes of preventative or occupational medicine or the assessment of your working capacity as an employee.

Keeping, updating and removing your data

We will keep your data only as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you and/or comply with our legal, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
